Yoga is amazing for so many reasons. At the end of a series of yoga postures, the logical brain has had a ‘workout’. It starts buzzing with activity. You begin to feel mentally calm as it is keeping your emotional brain quiet. We practice Yoga Daily on our retreats with Professional Instructors.
